~ Winemaking ~
The 2009 Houdini Napa Valley Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from the Garvey Family Vineyard on the Rutherford Bench,
an area well known for unique quality Cabernets that consistently showcase complex flavors, concentration and finesse.
The Garvey Family Vineyard is Certified Organic.

~ Tasting Notes ~
The woody essence of this wine lends to a sturdiness, which surprisingly does not contradict its somewhat lighter texture.
In true Cabernet Sauvignon style, traces of cherry aromas and barrel nuances make for an inviting taste that can be paired nicely with robust dishes.
